National Skilled Trades staffing company with over 10,000 positions to keep filled through their 75 branch locations.  Challenges in the application process were to capture specific trades the applicant is trained on, the level with each trade, and state licensing for each trade, in a very easy to use application process.  Client also had an issue with duplicate applicants within their previous ATS and lack of automated applicant communication.
